WA Arabian State Championships
Both Brayside Shakira & Emma Dunn and Brayside Heavenly Vision & Christie Healey
attended the WA Arabian State Championships on Sunday, 8th November with the following
results:
State Champion Arabian Riding Pony Filly 2 & 3 Years - Brayside Shakira
Reserve State Champ Arab Riding Pony Filly 2 & 3 Years - Brayside Heavenly Vision
Congratulations to both owners, both these sensational fillies are by our resident sire Fairlight
Acres Riverdance.

Brayside ponies all by FA Riverdance had a fabulous weekend of showing in WA for the
following results:-
Brayside National Treasure - Supreme Riding Pony, Supreme Part Welsh and Supreme of
Supreme Pony at the WAPA All Breeds Show.
Brayside Butterscotch - Supreme Buckskin Senior Under 12hh, Supreme Dilute Anciliary
Under 12hh, Top 3 Supreme of Supreme of the Show, and Supreme Ridden Exhibit at the
Dilute Championships.
Shangrala Hot Shot - Grand Champion Non-Dilute Ancillary of the Show at the Dilute
Championships.

The magnificent Brayside Flaunt It has been sold to a wonderful show home with Danna and
Taryn Roberts of Queensland and will make his way to them later in the year.
Congratulations to Kelly Wilson and Brayside National Treasure on their recent success at the
WA Riding Pony Show held last weekend. I don't know all their results so will post them when
confirmed. Unfortunately we had to cancel our entries due to the recent passing of our much
loved Dad, so it has been very sad times around here. We are looking forward to showing
our young stock later in the year.
Another big congratulations to Kelly and Brayside National Treasure for winning Runner Up
Supreme of Supreme at the recent EWA Autumn Breed Extravaganza.
The super stunning filly Brayside Heavenly Vision and owner Christie Healey have headed
over to NSW for the two big Arab shows on this month, we wish them the best of luck and look
forward to hearing their results soon.

East Coast Arabian Championships - NSW
Christie Healey and the beautiful Brayside Heavenly Vision made the long trek to NSW to
attend the East Coast Arabian Championships held today 12th March; and next Thursday they
will compete in the Australian National Arabian Championships before heading home to WA.
Christie phoned today with the great news that Star has placed Top Five Arabian Riding Pony
Filly under an Italian and Australian Judge and received some fantastic comments. We wish
Christie and all other WA contenders all the best at the Nationals.

Welsh Young Stock Show & EWA Novice/Intermediate Hack Show -

What a busy weekend, firstly Brayside National Treasure and Brayside Shakira both by
Fairlight Acres Riverdance attended the Welsh Young Stock Show and competed under UK
Judges Mr John James and Mrs Ann James for fantastic results:-

Brayside Chantilly Lace (Lucy) is off to be ridden by Jade O'Brien (Priory Stud) to prepare for
the SHC and EWA Newcomers in May and June. We meet Jade at the Novice/Intermediate
Show and Jade jumped on board Lucy who has not been ridden for many months and
competed in two Intermediate Large Pony Classes for a 2nd and 3rd place, not bad for a
pony straight out of the paddock. A testament to her magnificent temperament. We are
looking forward to Jade and Lucy having a brilliant few months out under saddle. Lucy is only
the second progeny of Fairlight Acres Riverdance to hit the saddle world.
Grace rode Jade O'Brien's lovely pony Wendamar Finesse and had a great time competing in
her first open classes out of lead rein, placing 1st in their two classes. What a little champion
pair we will have with some more experience. Photo below taken by mobile phone so not the
