News Update
Exciting news, Tanya Dudley of Whistle Jackets Stud has kindly offered us her lovely little Welsh A
broodmare Amberlea Magnolia to look after and breed some stunning little small ponies out of. We
look foward to her heading back to WA soon.
Both B. Cartier and B. National Treasure have gone to their new very excited owners who are thrilled
to bits with their temperaments and characters. I have received the most lovely messages from both
owners saying how pleased they are with their boys and how much they are in love with them. I can
not wait for both these boys to grow up and be out under saddle, they are both certainly ones to
watch out for in the future.
B. Butterscotch attended her second show the EFA Novice & Intermediate Show and worked
fantastically and recieved some great results. We are so please with her and look forward to more
outings with her.
Brayside Heavenly Vision attended the All Stars on the weekend and looked stunning as ususal. She
won the Supreme Arabian Riding Pony/Arabian Pony. We also took Grace and Tulip out for the first
time this year to compete in the Lead Rein they both did exceptionally well and won the Champion
Lead Rein. Grace was very excited to win a grooming kit and immediately had to clean Tulips hoofs
with the hoof pick, a fetish of Graces.
Both Visions of Brayside (Diva) and Brayside Bewitched (Sam) are out in the paddocks growing and
eating as foals do and look like mountain ponies with their fluffy coats. We have learn't that both are
water babies and Sam in particular loves playing in puddles and has made the most of the recent
downpours we have had.
I recently weaned B. Shakira and thought that since she was in being weaned I'd prep her for the
Arabian Trilogy Show to be held at the beginning of May. Having trouble getting her coat to shift I
decided to clip her and she was so good and is looking fantastic. Below are some photos of her very
strong false dun characteristics.

Arabian Trilogy Show and Bibs N Booties
On Saturday we attended the Arabian Trilogy Show. The show was very well run and attracted a
great number of quality exhibits. Congratulations to Helen and Shanarra with Hazelmere Yasmin
wining the Derivative Show Hunter & Open Derivative Saddle Horse under 14.2hh and to Brittany
& Kelly Wilson and Tenyan Rising Star Runner Up in both classes as well. Brayside Butterscotch
competed in the Deriv. Show Hunter ridden beautifully by Brittany Wilson they did a great work out
except for being worried about the table with the monsters under it in the corner. The judge did
comment on how very impressed she was with their work out.

Show Horse Council Classic & Europa Gift (24th & 25th May)
What a fantastic, wet and very tiring weekend we have had. The Show Horse Council Classic
(Grand National Qualifier) and Europa Gift ran all weekend with the pony's on the Saturday and
Galloway's and Hacks on the Sunday. Our super little three year old Brayside Butterscotch who is
Fairlight Acres Riverdance's first progeny out under saddle and her lovely rider Brittany Wilson won
the Classic's Champion Small Show Hunter Pony which has qualified them for the 2009 Grand
Nationals. A great effort for Brittany and a very young pony who has only been in work since late
February and Riverdance's first progeny out under saddle.
Grace also competed in very strong lead rein classes with Wendamar Tulip winning the Best
Presented Class, second in the Rider and third in the Pony class.
On Sunday we took Willowcroft Insignia who was beautifully ridden by Anna Duffy-Sheehan
against very strong competition and they placed 1st in the light weight galloway class. Photos to
come.
